Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients using various tools and platforms,
- Perform lead generation via cold calling, emailing, prospecting, etc.,
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads,
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system,
- Research the market and identify potential target customers (ICPs),
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects,
- Create and maintain a database of potential customers including top targets within the industry,
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Requirements:
- Previous new business experience ideally from a company in the same or similar industry;
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach;
- Track record of achieving sales KPIs;
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
