EverHelp is a project within the Genesis ecosystem. We are a team of professionals developing an outsourced support service for numerous clients worldwide at a growing pace: the project was established in 2021 and has been expanding by 82% annually. Currently, our employees are safe, we have retained all positions, and additionally, we continue to strengthen our team, maintaining a retention rate of no less than 90%.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze users' outfits and provide expert advice, ideas, and comments on improving them.
- Advise users on clothing choices and help them make purchase decisions.
- Offer suggestions that highlight the client's individuality through their wardrobe.
- Handle multiple chats simultaneously, giving each one the same level of dedication.
- Advise company clients on products, their operation, and functionality through social media.
Requirements:
- You have advanced/fluent English skills: both written and spoken language is polished.
- The world of fashion attracts and inspires you.
- Creating mood boards on Pinterest and watching fashion videos is your hobby.
- You can manage any work situation politely and professionally.
- You work well independently and within various teams.
- You are attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented.
- You are flexible with working hours (2 day shifts from 15:00 to 24:00 and 2 night shifts from 23:00 to 8:00).
- You have a strong work ethic and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic business environment.
